I made my one yearly call to the company today.....

and talked to Mr. Arlen Plender as recommended. I found him to be very professional and considerate. He observed the SEC guidelines, and so will I to the best of my ability. Hence, I only concerned myself with published items from the record.

The company is proceeding with the business plan as has been discussed. Things are being managed to focus on directing this initial production of the pallets within the budget and funding as outlined. The initial shipments as described will begin this month with prototype machines (top/bottom) construction. Meeting the full 4000 number may well not be acheived, but my understanding from his comments is that pallets from this November issue will be in potential customer hands for inspection and evaluation.

A great deal of effort is ongoing to complete the filing requirements (note: a number of companies are doing this now as most of you know). As many of you know, its where your company of interest fell on the list as to who got evaluated when, and consequently who gets back to regular trading sooner, etc, etc. They are working on the comments phase and I would think based on my experience with another company in this phase, that we should see some light at the end fairly soon jmo.

Overseas customers still have the attention of the company.
Generally speaking, I get the impression from Mr. Plender, that the progress under the current plan will include that business within the pace of the overall business objectives but I did not press for any further comments regarding our past discussions along this line.

I look forward to the public announcements that should come detailing the factual results of the proto-type units post shipment/inspection. There should not be any projections until these assessments are announced. However, generally I feel the company is on track within its prior statements of record based on this conversation. And further, still knowing the risks involved here- as in all startup investments, I like my chances in paeb for 2000.

Personally, I'm holding firm and may accumulate more shares if opportunity presents a chance to do so. Read up, call Mr. Plender yourself, do your DD as they say. I told him I only call once a year or so- but I may call after the first of the year. There may well be much more he can talk about at that time, and will be able to talk about.

good luck to all.
dd
