Stretch, unfortunately I don't work for CVIA so I can't give you official information. I can tell you that Eric Farris is not new to CVI-D. He was appointed COO back in the summer when the subsidiary was formed. He was promoted to CEO just recently.

I don't know if you visit CVIA on RB, but it is a very lively board.

Usually the spin off is not subject to a proxy vote if spun off... if the shareholders receive consideration (stock)

The evil empire??? Never said that we had/have a situation where a group was threatening a takeover. There is a saying in the financially world there are no co-incidences and these threats coincided with the stock trading falling flat... and a pretty clear attempt to surpress the trading.
