If you are referring to the yellow popup, go to OPTIONS/Edit Preferences, click on CHARTS tab, inside that, click on MISC... and uncheck the "Show Price Tooltip" box.

If you are talking about the box that shows up in the corner of the chart with the Price, BID, ASK, VOL on it, go to the same screen and uncheck the "Always show crosshair" box.
