Interesting, I am not sure what to read about this. What do you think guys and girls, could we drop Mr.Clinton debate for a bit, and look into this post from LJ ??? I know that in the financial package (form 15c2-11) that I received last June Alvina Collardeau is cited at being the Secretary/Director for ProNetLink. I have a question ? Why would a New York Company Incorporated itself in the State of Delaware ? (just an honest question) Another interesting thing in Article II paragraphe 2.2 : "An annual meeting of stockholders shall be held each year within five months after the close of the fiscal year of the Corporation" We are due for a meeting very soon, my guess ???
