Craig, the measure that counts is the contribution of royalties to total revenues, not market cap.

SanDisk gets royalties from a growing amount of Lexar sales. So more power to Lexar.

What counts is not how much cash but how much cash in relation to book value per share, and how much cash in relation to long term debt. SanDisk, ever since I started following it in 1998, has always maintained a huge cash balance--maybe too large, but anyway, better too much than too little cash.
