It's surprising if you can't terminate a landline call in North America for less than a cent. 2c is hardly a fine-tuned price, but it can't be far off the mark and I guess it is SPOT on.

Yes, we all know the old joke about selling things below cost and making it up in volume.

It's hardly dumping when the cost of service is less than 1c and it's charged at 2c. 100% mark-up is normally considered excessively oligopolist pricing.

The government and FCC can make any CalvinBall rules they like including simply banning Globalstar. No doubt free-market pricing is not a thing which would be acceptable in the USA [putting on my cynical hat - laughing at Land of the UnFree and Home of the Nervous Nellies], but you never know, they might go for it since cheaper is normally considered better than extorquerationate and USA citizens could do with some price relief while their finances are in dire circumstances. Moaning about something being too cheap is not the normal problem in what are considered monopoly or oligopoly pricing circumstances.
