Also one should never consider E-Mail to be private unless it is encrypted. The legal protections that "snail mail" enjoys have not been uniformly applied to the internet. I consider this an investment discussion forum about this stock, VLAD contributed many useful bits of information. He may or may not return. I don't condemn or support any of the players in this little drama. But I don't think any laws have been broken. On any bulletin board you are an invited guest, the board has the right to uninvite you. I, for one, like to hear the arguments of those who are short a company when I am long. So long as it does not deteriorate into personal attacks or threats, a debate can be informative. But if it deteriorates into simple aggression, it will inevitably generate more heat than light.
