And speaking of shorting, I hate to talk about A@P for fear of their wrath... but what did they base their short @ 5 1/2 and cover @ 4 1/8? It didn't seem like they based it on any fundamental reason only the fact that VVUS ran up 120% (which only made it down 88% from its high not 95%). I wish these people would come in when VVUS drops 25% on a given day for no good reason. I also wished VVUS had a small news release of ANYTHING today..like a milestone payment, I think that would have staved off the 20% drop. If this CC product does formalize I will relish in the media frenzy that should come about. It didn't seem like it made too many headlines for the potential it could bring
