Free Lunch vs. Freedom #msg-27470411 From: SI Brad (admin) I want to devise a system where the existing users determine who gets in...at both the subject level and community level. The exact recipe will be figured out by trial and error, starting with the most active threads. If there are 500 posts/day on a single subject, can we increase the quality and reduce the quantity through some self-determining system overseen by the moderator?
#msg-27470465 From: Honey_bee To: SI Brad (admin) [does] my paid membership [offer] me any advantages over free memberships
Greetings, I'm here since 1998 (life-time membership) Posts 8709 PeopleMarks 32 with Ignored By 68 Quote: Posting Privileges Suspended (Aug 15, 1998) (Sept 20, 1999) (March 14, 2002) (July 12, 2002) Additional Info: Received many awards from SI's Thread Morons board.
Using the above two references, I see SI members having that Free Lunch here of a free site with no ads, but the Freedom part to how a member has access to current and addition features, along with the ability to post where and how many posts per day allowed is to be determined by SI to be aligned with the value each member helps Brad to take SI to a vision he would like to see obtained.
For example, when I tried to use: Silicon Investor Advanced Search
