RE: "...order mix is still heavily weighted to memory..."

I haven't listened to KLAC's conference call, yet, too busy posting on SI, but I listened to ASML's conference calls, yesterday. ASML said that its order mix is "heavily weighted to memory." They also said that foundries have not ordered lately, but are expected to begin, again, later in 2005.
