Sounds good. Don't know the circumstances of the particular case, but it will certainly make many frivolous class actions less likely. Since action seems to be proceeding in WAXS case (have seen nothing cancelled to date), if the class action firms lose, the company may have a case to not only to recover defense costs, but significant damages as well. In the meantime, the stock seems to me well worth accumulating. It may take some time, but a long term outlook may produce excellent results. WAXS will continue to move forward no matter what happens.
