Don't you think that Apple needs just a couple of the majors to buy into the concept and the rest will have to follow?

Chicken/Egg. Apple, at this point, has no TV eyes to offer. After they launch they'll have more power.

Just another great post that says what I feel.
Apple is as close to pure synergy as any company on our planet.
Their dreams become our realities.
They give us products that we daydream about.
I have no doubts now about the "Apple TV".
They must deliver a TV that compels us to replace our lovely Sony Bravias etc.
That has always been their modus operandi.

Meanwhile I shudder at the first prices.
