I see that it is in development and that there might be errors as in any large database, but I'm not sure I understand your objection to SI sending a cookie to Allana Potash. It seems to me logical and profitable for a company who trades in the stock markets to pay discussion boards to send info to them whenever members visit their boards or clicks through to other relevant links about the company. It is a service SI (and the others) could do with little effort and get paid to provide that. These behind-the-scenes financial activities allows the internet to remain largely free to users and still let companies make money off the internet. Collusion gives us a glimpse of what's going on in this regard in the background.
