My prices were estimates for how things would be. To show how pricing should be done.

Yes, always nice dreaming about how much things "might cost", "should cost" in the future, and then extrapolate on how pricing and marketing "should be done" based upon those imaginary "some day" metrics.

Unfortunately, we are in reality today. The difference between you and I, is that I deal in reality. You deal in the way you think things "should cost".

Maybe the ARPU plans could include the phone at $500 or even free for a two year contract at $100 per month. Pricing and plans don't have to be one size fits all.

Well, at least we do have you talking about "plans"... Which you were staunchly against several months ago.. So perhaps there is hope.

A two year "contract"... Did you actually say that "c" word?, at $100 a month including a phone and unlimited service for two years would cost $2,400. Versus the current plan at $500 for the phone and $40 a month unlimted for 12 months is only $980 for the first year and $1460 for two.

The current deal looks lots cheaper and attractive versus your "plan".

I personally think they should sell the phones at $250 with a two year unlimted contract at $40 per month.
