Have a good trip!

Regarding the gravity concentrator rationale and timelines, they are in the last MD&A:

Additionally, in the fourth quarter of 2011 the Company commenced the construction of a gravity concentration circuit to enable the more efficient processing of mined material containing the higher grade coarse gold. The circuit is expected to become operational late in the second quarter of this year, providing certain equipment the Company has ordered from overseas is delivered on schedule. The Company is currently stockpiling the higher grade mined material until the gravity concentration circuit is operational.

In a world that provides such ample supply of stuff to be pissed off about, you're making an odd choice, imho ... and your style of approach, good lord, far too confrontational for the situation - anybody comes onto me like this, they wouldn't get the time of day, i'd instantly write them off same as any telephone marketeer

In re the concentrator - i've spent a fair bit of time around mills, mostly sawmills but they're mills, and i never saw one really finished, they're always either being upgraded or management would like to upgrade them further - none ever has the ultimate state of the art equipment of mgmt's peak desire, if it ever did then that state would only last a week and a half until somebody developed something twice as good and seventeen times the price ... even the layout of fair size mills can change, as they upgrade and change flow patterns to fit new machinery and/or new furnish and/or new capital to spend ... so i'm mildly curious about the exact reasoning involved, that's about it, see no cause for rage in the matter

Note that they haven't had any problem staying moderately cash-flow positive during this political waiting time, Knelson or no Knelson

First thing i remember of you, was an intense rage at Otto for selling and telling last year ... turned out a good call though eh, for every 10k sold then you could buy back over 17k now ... i too thought at the time he was wrong, fwiw, still don't regret having refrained from spending energy getting upset, it's just not worth it

Washer himself holds one out of every five shares outstanding, and he enjoys the confidence of other large holders, so good luck squabbling with them once you've got an antagonistic situation rolling ... same as with the far more important political layout down there, our chances of influencing outcome are absolutely nil, all we can do is make our own best guesses du jour and trade accordingly - if i were you, and had the attitude towards management that your words seem to me to indicate ['continuing lies' - wtf!], i would most certainly sell the position and move on, look for mgmt that imho performed better
