there is no reason to believe that PP money wasn't used to buy Expedite 2 and 310.

Expedite2 cost $30,000. 310 cost $80,000. What did he spend the other $2,890,000 on by Sep 30, 2009?

I don't even see where that much cash has been spent on anything in their filings.
