If SNDK cuts retail prices, it's a sign that demand is at least temporarily weaker. If that's true, then it's also likely that SNDK will use less, if any non-captive supplies. The end result should be somewhat lower product margins, but not as low as margins for competitors, especially those who have to pay royalties to SNDK.
