Did you know it's volcanic eruptions that caused the Little Ice Age now? It's not the sun. csmonitor.com I laugh, since I feel it's all related...that is volcanic activity increases during solar minima, due to more erratic bursts/gusts of solar wind (as opposed to a more constant wind in maxima) impacting the Earth's magnetic field and iron core. Just my 2 cents. I still laugh...not the sun. Hah! Let's see how much of Alaska's snow lasts the entire summer, and we can start naming some new glaciers :) I hope for just a little ice age by 2020 :)
