In testimony before the staff of the Commission, he invoked his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination and refused to answer questions about the basis for his January 16,2007 opinion letter to the effect that C02 Tech could legally issue a certificate for 22.5 million shares of unregistered stock without a restrictive legend.
