I'll have to look at it when I have more time Ernie. At first glance there is quite a bit of language which seems to give extra benefits to rights holders in the case of an aquisition or merger. Perhaps they know something, or it is just a precaution.

Ernie, are you still in CEMI? Hope so. Recent earnings report alluded to possible sale of company..stock up to .35 now. I had gotten out and wanted back in, but missed the boat. Buying more VKNG instead..
