This is going to sound funny,but name a file in same folder as mp3 that will list right before file you want to delete-then also name one right after-then highlight first one til 3rd one. Delete all (3 files) - I haven't looked around for better idea, but see if that works.

Copy the entire file name and post it. Almost 10 years ago I had an MP3 on my computer once, or at least I thought it was an MP3, it was for example:
A Flock of Seagulls - I Ran.mp3.vbs
it was a worm.
I double clicked it and all hell broke loose.
Virus software was temporarily disabled for a software install, and I forgot to turn it back on. I had a back up image of C: that fixed the problem, and restored 11,000 files it destroyed in a matter of seconds. Had to manually power down the computer with the off button to stop the process.

Move everything else out of the folder it's in and try deleting the folder. What is the exact error message you are getting?
