I think we can all agree that there is no new management team controlling AmeriChip. Marc Walther has been there since day one, so has Tony Boyden whose various companies have received millions of shares of stock for “consulting”. Same with Rhonda Windsor. And, Rhonda and Kenneth Mann have been working in Canada together for years. There is no “new” team! These people have been using AmeriChip and the LACC invention to sell stock for years and this PR says that the “past” management (in other words, the current management) has not been running the company properly in basically every respect for four years?!? NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!
