Imvho, we will see 10K for 2007, as well as Q1 and Q2 finanicals no later than August 15th.

re 15c2-11 - see, finding a market maker of an unsolicited pinky is a very tricky thing, and not to be taken lightly. I would imagine LBWR stands a much better chance of getting a good one now that they have filed a registration statement.
