CIVIL COURTS, not criminal courts. The stock market is regulated by the government, the consumer market is regulated by the government, the civil court is simply another vehicle to settle disputes through money. What can be more capitalist friendly than that? Why the blooming heck is Bush all a twitter about medical malpractice that adds less than 2% to the cost of medical care. Where is the rest of the bill coming from and wouldn't it be better to concentrate on the BIG MONEY instead? Since Bush gets GOVERNMENT medical care anyway, what does he care? He doesn't. It's all about letting corporations get away with murder.
