The pricing issue with Verizon is simple. Keep it high. They veiw G* as a threat. That is all there is to it. If Vod lowered the price of G*, their 40% owned Verizon folks would yell and scream. Current pricing is between 99 cents and 1.49 depending on the plan. Handsets have dropped to the $500 range. The only thing they said about pricing was that it would tend to keep going lower over time. Nothing earth shattering with that statement.
