Good for you. It is a relief to know there are other intelligent life forms out there. Ahhhhhhh. There is hope.

I sent an email to the Nasdaq Ombudsman, and got a reply back that I have to call the Office Of The Individual Investor to file a complaint. That phone number has been busy for two days (I wonder why):

I sent another email this morning to TD Waterhouse indicating that when someone there experiences an epiphany and realizes that customer service is important, I shall be the first to congratulate them.
