rhythm: I'M MAD AS HELL AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE! Good for you. It is a relief to know there are other intelligent life forms out there. Ahhhhhhh. There is hope. I sent an email to the Nasdaq Ombudsman, and got a reply back that I have to call the Office Of The Individual Investor to file a complaint. That phone number has been busy for two days (I wonder why): (202) 728-6894 I sent another email this morning to TD Waterhouse indicating that when someone there experiences an epiphany and realizes that customer service is important, I shall be the first to congratulate them. canuck-l-head
