More news now than ever before--- just all the lawyers filing class actions! Should mean little or nothing other than the time execs are spending and defense lawyers. Nearly every company is insured for this type of thing,,,, doubtful they would be self-insured as it is out of their normal range of expertise. I'm in low enough the drop is hardly noticeable but without some damn positive news I'll bail too... it is undervalued here with their assets and cashflow,,, but without good news it will dribble.
