I think the key quote is the next line:

"In vivo animal experiments conducted in my laboratory have shown
reproducible radiation enhancement with Xcytrin," said Dr. Koutcher.

(Emphasis added).

My understanding is that these were separate studies from those conducted by PCYC, even though they were joint authors.

Obviously something very strange is going on here - it's not often you get studies that so directly contradict each other. It's not like there's anything so tricky about the in vivo experiments, and either they used the same compound or they didn't. If the compounds tested were indeed different, PCYC should give specific details of the differences. Alternatively, if PCYC believes that the compound was somehow "inactivated" they should again give specifics.

Certainly there is going to remain a cloud over PCYC until the results of the independent study are known. Miller certainly has not helped the PCYC cause by the way he's handled this.

Dr. Richard 'Dick' Levy, the novice CEO of Varian Medical's election to the PCYC Board of Directors happened right before the huge drop in price. Levy was ordered deposed and his testimony is on tape. His company videotaped his employees going to the bathroom at work. Is this a coincidence or is there more about this connection to VAR that could drop the stock price even more?

Any thoughts on Levy?
I think he's a problem.
