PT....i don't know, overall it looks like a last ditch effort by the company to go out with a bang. three of the four top management are in their 60's while the fourth is the son(?) of the ceo. there's been no news releases until feb 2000 and then they put out 1 a day. and the missing news release benou mentions in every news release is nowhere to be found...not on the sec or the nasdaq site. looks like a dog and pony show to pump up the share value to sell what little insiders have left...and to unwind the warrants. i wonder what relationship warren schreiber has to CNLG? have you found anything else out? mike
