Hi Sector

$3.9mm is a good sized contract for KVH, and in the right arena to perhaps garner some additional attention. The last of those 27.2K shares appears to be a 10K block... hmmm Ok which one of you was it? Bob? Got an itchy trigger finger again this morning? ;-}

I wonder if our buddy mik has covered yet. Those shorts must be getting tighter by the minute.

Regards,

Roy

There could be more contracts we don't know about.

Martin said in the Q3 CC that, at the Pentagon's request, they aren't talking about things they normally would. He said they would still announce contracts when completed AND WHEN AUTHORIZED TO DO SO. Who knows what isn't authorized?

We have hints though. Martin said they have PRE-ORDERED materials to be able to quickly respond, and he also said they are increasing production MORE THAN 50%. A third hint was that GMs are expected to rise in Q4.

That, and $50 million in contracts in the bank, bodes very well for Q4 and 2002.

First mention of two new products! I now see 37 products, including 4 in development.

It looks like someone is accumulating. A 5K trade and another 10K trade just went by in a 2 minute space.

KVH Industries, Inc. (ticker: KVHI, exchange: NASDAQ) News Release - 11/12/2001

KVH Launches New Web Site for Enhanced Customer, Dealer, and Investor Support

MIDDLETOWN, R.I., Nov 12, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Reaffirming its commitment to providing world-class support, KVH Industries (Nasdaq: KVHI) has unveiled the completely revamped www.KVH.com. Offering enhanced product and technical information, expanded news and coverage of company projects, and a fully interactive customer support database, the new www.KVH.com has been designed to make information easily accessible for customers, dealers, investors, and the media, as well as showcase the company's new initiatives and award-winning products.

"Over the past 5 years, we've seen our stakeholders transition to the Internet as their preferred source of information about our products and our company," commented Jim Dodez, vice president of marketing. "The goal of our first web site was to try and make all of our publicly distributed printed materials, such as brochures, technical manuals, and press releases, available electronically. With our new web site, we're trying to take another step forward and make www.KVH.com an integral part of our customer support program. We've created an interactive knowledge base that not only provides easy access to everything we print, but also provides customers, dealers, and investors with an easy way to find answers to any question they might have about our company or products."

At the heart of www.KVH.com's customer support capabilities are its content-sensitive Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and a constantly expanding and fully accessible database of technical, product, and company information. As a result, a customer viewing a particular product page need only click on the "FAQ" button to access those FAQs relating to the product. In addition, the customer support engine permits visitors to www.KVH.com to carry out searches based on a variety of topics and common terms as well as submit questions that are quickly routed to the department and KVH staffmember best able to address the problem. As those questions are answered, they are also added to the database, building on KVH's knowledge base through the use of questions raised by KVH's own customers.

Hi Sector,

I've been up in Wisconsin, helping the parents prepare for winter - been a little out of touch.

Let's hope we book a large volume of high margin military sales and finish up the year on a black note.

That would be the perfect set-up to announce all of the new products and actual sales orders.

The recent accumulation Roy mentions is strong evidence that solid accumulations continues to preload the coiled spring.Once we break resitence at 11 3/4 - on strong volume - twenty will come quickly.Shorts must surely be out by now - there are very few sellers(although some one sold some stock at 7).They regret the errors of their ways soon enough.

We're goin "TO DA MOON SOON "

Bob

KVH will present again at Needham 2002 in early January. Remember what happened last year? It sparked a move from $5+ to $8. This year we should have several new products to talk about too.

KVH Introduces New High-speed Internet-capable Satellite TV Antenna for Vehicles

TracVision S3 is Ideal for Use with DISH 500 Service and KVH TracNet High-speed Internet

MIDDLETOWN, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 19, 2001--Travelers parked for the evening in their RVs and campers will never look at satellite TV or high-speed Internet access quite the same way again following the introduction of the TracVision® S3 satellite TV antenna from KVH Industries (Nasdaq: KVHI - news). With its integrated Digital Video Broadcast (DVB) technology and automatic satellite acquisition, the TracVision S3 makes ``pop-up'' style satellite antennas obsolete. Ideal for use aboard parked RVs, trucks, and motorcoaches, the system automatically identifies and acquires satellite signals from a range of DIRECTV® and DVB-compatible satellites, including the multi-satellite DISH 500 service. In addition, the TracVision S3 is fully compatible with KVH's TracNet(TM) Mobile Internet Server and exclusive mobile DirecPC® high-speed Internet service.

``With a growing number of satellite TV options as well as the launch of KVH's exclusive high-speed mobile Internet service, vehicle-mounted satellite antennas need to have the ability to seek out, identify, and lock onto the correct satellite from potentially hundreds of targets in orbit,'' explained Ian Palmer, vice president of satellite sales. ``KVH pioneered the solution to this challenge when we introduced our DVB-compatible TracVision L3 in-motion antenna. Now, we've applied that same technology to our newest automatic domed system, the TracVision S3. Simply park the vehicle and turn on the antenna - TracVision S3 will do the rest without requiring you to crank up the antenna or laboriously tune in the satellite signal. And with its pre-programmed satellite library, switching from one satellite to another is a simple matter, an invaluable convenience if you subscribe to a satellite TV service that uses multiple satellites to broadcast its programming, such as the popular DISH 500.''

The TracVision S3 offers a wide range of features, including:

A stylish, low-profile antenna dome that measures just 14.5`` (37 cm) high.
Compatibility with high-powered DVB satellite TV services, including the multi-satellite DISH 500 service.
Reception of more than 300 channels of digital programming, including premium satellite television, commercial-free music, HDTV, and local stations.
Compatibility with KVH TracNet Mobile Internet Server and mobile DirecPC high-speed Internet service (available exclusively from KVH).
A preloaded satellite library of popular North American and European services is conveniently selectable via PC or the KVH TV/SAT Switch.
A flush-mount design for easy installation and upgrade to in-motion tracking.
