Hi Sector,

Just as Martin said.

These products are first available in the after market. Then optional from OEM's.

Then Standard equipment from OEM's.

Then they drive down into optional on lower end products and the

Standard on more lower end products.

Ditto on Auto (A5)low profile antennae.

Bob

"I love it when a plan comes together" (George Peppard line from the "A team" fits nicely here)

As I just said on Yahoo, Space Daily has a global base of readers interested in the satellite industry. This really will get the word out.

Did you notice the caption under the antenna picture? It doesn't fit - it looks like someone at Space Daily made an editorial comment, then forgot to change the caption! <VBG>

This appears to be an exercise of an option. I wouldn't look at this an insider buy unless it was a purchase without the option. He also disposed of about half, probably to pay taxes. Option price was about $4.50, not a bad price to get in currently.

HI Sector,

As readers on this thread know I've been frustrated why these execs don't hold their valuable stock!!

I view the purchas and hold as a very good OMEN.

It is the get and dump that adds to the float and dilutes the stockholders adding strength to the supply and demand of this stock.

Richard is holding his stock because he perceives it future price as increasing.

I understand these guys are all on modest executive pay plans and often need to sell in an effort to pay tuition, the mortgage or an SUV.ggg

I think this is a very positive trend.

Note -I've been the belly acher of the opposite so I just have to chime in with accolades here.

KVHI volume projections and price metrics based on action in a low free float stock.

Factoid; Between 10-14-02 and close on 1-3-03
we traded 936,870 shares that is a 57 day trading window. From a low of 6.30 to a high of $9.51 ( achieved on 12-14) the stock managed a $3.21 cent gain. Average trading volume over these 57 sessions was 16,436 shares per day.

Compare these facts with this past 6 trading days.

Between 1-6-03 and 1-10-03 we traded 979,533 shares for a gain of $3.65. ( equivalent vol to Period above in 4 sessions)

In the last six trading days we have traded 1,108,735 total shares Avg shares per day 184,789 shares per day.

As a lesson in free float dynamics think very carefully about what this means. 900k of liquidity means $3.00 upside within the current trend, extrapolate this over 6 sessions of 6 trading periods forward where we average the current volume rate of 184K per day. KVHI will be at a minimum of $33.00 per share. Assuming you already understand that KVHI is Under Accumulation and the current trend remains intact even forecasting some MM obfuscation thrown in by necessity .
