If we have 14,000,000 potential customers @$40 per line of sight customer, then we have a company with a market value of $560,000,000 based on the MMDS rights alone, that is if and when BANX ddecides to get off it's ass and move on the technology.

Why is the site still listing institutional ownership as of 6/30/96? The Stocksmart site is very good, but would be better if we had more recent information.

Ken, do you know if those 13D filings are available to anyone more current then this? I agree with you, I thought they were updated every Qtr.But its been a while; I used to get the info from Vickers and as I recall,it was always at least 90 days old and was about $40.00 per report.

I don't know why they shouldn't be updated now through 9/30/96, Dave, instead of 6/30. I do find institutional holdings in bits and pieces on the newswires when they buy or sell shares.
