Kacy - NCW delivers the goods again from the Zapote and San Miguel zones. No rise from the markets ... most on my screen down and/or struggling over the past sessions. - james

Kacy:

The results on the new San Miguel zone at the Guadalupe project look very promising IMO. I don't have a map of the drillhole locations, but if you take the four holes SM-9 to SM-12, I estimate that they are averaging 0.16 opt Au equivalent over an average intersect of about 50 feet. This looks pretty good to me! Any idea how these sort of figures might affect reserve estimates?

TIA,
Howy

Howy,

If reserves at the Guadalupe gold project are anywhere close to the targeted 1 million ounces current share prices would seem very cheap.

Hopefully the action will heat-up over the months ahead as results continue to roll in.

james

p.s. you can probably get IR to fax you a copy of the San Miguel drill map.

James:

If you haven't already seen it, you should check out the excellent summary of NCW written by Claude Cormier at:

Things are looking very promising. IMO NCW is a great buy at these levels. I've doubled up my position.

Regards,
Howy

Hi Howard,

I hope all is well with you.

I finally made it over to SI. Not sure if I am too keen on the format, though I'll probably get used to it.

Anyway, I agree that NCW is very attractive at these levels, and I will probably add over twice the amount of shares I currently own. It is not as much as you big boys but it will make it a more significant holding in my pf and will not break any of CC's rules. I have held NCW for about a year now but I feel this year will reward my patience.

I have one problem though. I phoned NCW for their latest investors package about two months ago, and they never bothered to send me one, so I sent away for one via their web site, and still nothing. I will be phoning them again when I get the chance, but I hope they don't treat potential investors this way. Other companies have been very quick to respond (i.e. MAN, IVV, TNR, LLL, EET etc.), but I found that others tend to drag their feet a little when it comes to investors relations.

All the best,

Kevin.

Howy,

Thanks for alerting me to the Goldbug's feature on Northern Crown Mines - excellent coverage. It certainy does appear that NCW is well on the way to defining the next Mexican gold project to see production.

I don't know what happened with your investor's package (twice, no less) but I got mine within 10 days.

I'd try again, and hope it was just a miscommunication fluke.

Kevin - sorry to hear about your luck with the NCW investors kit. Give Brent or Tanya a call and tell them to get it on the way. The kit contains a wealth of information about the company and mining in Mexico.

good luck,

james

Robert, sometimes you just want to go away and come back in a couple of years and check the stock price.
Patrick.
