News release today which is not "that" significant! Nice close today with some great buying at 3.80 during the end. What is very impressive IMO is the 52 week graph! Steady staircase climb, seen it before from such companies as Delrina, Cognos, Geac! Something seems to be up. Watching this one closely.

Today's Globe and Mail has a small piece on Mgis. Mentions stock has
gone up 17 % this week with three times the average volume. Results
due out in two weeks and the impending move to TSE are sited as
possibe reasons for the uptrend.

Does anyone know when exactly are the results coming out and what
the estimates are (if there are any)?

To All: Mgis software has announced that it has won a Best Buy recommendation from a couple of computer magazines. It also says that Standard & Poor is now listing the company in its corporate information section. Stock closed over 4.00 again.

That was quite a day! Close at 4.45

And to think I almost sold my position last week at 3.50. The way it has been going, I think I will hold on a bit longer. This talk of a listing and a future announcement is generating some interest in this stock. Still, there is a disappointment risk if they don't announce something significant.

Looks like a better day today. MGIS hit $5.375, currently bid at $5.125 and offered at $5.25 on volume of about 90,000.
