Well, there's nothing like a brightly polished dog.

OT :-)

Don't forget -

a polished dog gets to eat all the kielbasa he can find!!!

like this:

if you've never tried kiebasa...lets just say if you've never tried real kielbasa, its just like you've never tried bacon. unique flavor and one bite you get hooked; polished, eh,
Polish people have it good in that respect...

Nah ... I usually seek the growth companies like GE and BMY. Not the stalwarts like AAPL.

How did Asia Pacific sales go up 29% in Mac units but up 114% in Revenue?

And, Japan up 2% in units and 91% in Revenue? That's $16,740 each (Q1 was $19,293).
The tsunami last year is not a full explanation.

In the Americas the average was $10,858.

A lot of people and companies are buying loaded systems.

The numbers for each region aren't broken out by product. Asia Pacific's increase came largely from iPhones and iPads.

I know. I am referring to that data. Apple doesn't break out each region by product, there or anywhere else.

Here's something interesting. Peachpit Press has an eBook of the week deal, and this week it's

The iPad for Photographers: Master the Newest Tool in Your Camera Bag
for only $9.99, as opposed to the regular price of $19.99.

Good until Sunday. Here's the link.
