Apple's numbers will tell the tale. I think this current quarter will be spectacular.

One difference is that I bought 3Gs. I'm not buying 4s. In fact I didn't even bother watching the keynote this time.

Same here. Even though I watched and my iPhone 3Gs is a hand me down, unactivated free one, I would not have minded an actual, activated iPhone 5, had it arrived and been worth it.

Not happening, as is!

I don't think guidance is as important to Apple stock as is quarterly report.

Checked out the new specs and I'm not going to by the 4s either but already sold one to my Mother as an upgrade from her 3gs.

Overall I'm happy with the new features and glad they did the update the way they did.

I will probable buy an iPhone 5 if it has a bigger screen with better resolution when my current upgrade cycle ends.

I'm also happy with the fact I can now get a phone with 64 gigs built in as it will allow me to get rid of several other devices I currently carry.

New camera is impressive and will want to play with it in the field when I see the one my Mom gets.

All the pissing and moaning I've heard today sounds like typical Wall Street spoiled children syndrome.

Give them Crackberrys and send them to the corner, I'm off the party on the money I made today from my trades!

What a roller coaster...I watched the event. Realizing now that what people expect from these is entertainment...we want to be surprised. The stock tanked. I did force myself by an act of will, kicking and screaming to buy at 358...

Now, with time to reflect, I think Apple has once again shown that they have a great handle on their non-tech, non-pundit customers.

I also think Siri is going to be huge, not just on iPhone but when we see it move to iPad and Mac OSX.

Lets imagine a Siri server sold to enterprise with tools to prep the dictionary with specialized knowledge and create specialized, custom assistants...
