Update To Shareholders ( From GPGI's Website )

9-9-2009

From the desk of Russell Twiford, Vice President in charge of research;

Dear Stockholders and interested parties. I am sorry in being so long in bringing you up to date. We have been working with several groups that are interested in doing a joint venture with us. Please have patience, within the next two weeks we should have some definite decisions. We are working hard to do what is the best for your company. We are interviewing for a new president, to replace Scott Gardner who passed away from pancreatic cancer months ago and think we might have found the ideal person to handle the job. More about this party in our next news release.

At this time we would like to welcome Mr. Andreas Siegmund, one of the most noted chemist and metallurgists in the industry. He was president of Quemetco Metals Ltd. From 2004 – 2008 and owner of LanMetCon and educated at Technische UIniversitat Berlin, he has a Phd in Metallurgical Engineering 2000-2005 and his groups are: ASIAN MINING INDUSTRY NETWORK. Welcome aboard as a director Mr. Siegmund.

We are currently looking at a number of different projects, which if they work out will be profitable for your company. I am not at liberty to describe these particular projects yet but that shall be forthcoming in one of our next releases. In the mean time we are continually looking for ways to increase our gold production from our aquifer waters.

So until the next release, please be patient and keep the faith, we really do have everything under control as you will find out in the near future.

"[to] get a little exciting here"

Yes, but only if the following is legitimate.

Update To Shareholder
9-9-2009
"... to welcome [Dr.] Andreas Siegmund [as] a director"

Whats needed is confirmation that the man described is aware of his assignment,
and if so, what reason he has to join as a director, as in, his understanding of
the technology at GPGI towards its ability to generate revenue for GPGI.

It would be sad if this man sees GPGI's technology only as a pathway towards
a solution in another field seperate from the goals of GPGI.

But its possible, and if true, then this will be nothing [to] get a little exciting here.

Lets do that DD (Due Diligence) and find out what we can, then share it among us.

Accumulation starting? After 17 years, is GPGI finally going to explode? Produce PMs? JVs?

To Provide Key Components for Body Armor

9-29-2009
globalplatinumonline.com

GILBERT, AZ, September 29/BusinessWire/--The following is being issued by Global Platinum + Gold, Inc. (OTC:GPGI-news):

Global is pleased to announce that it has entered into an Agreement with JBIT, Inc. of Tucson, AZ and Bourque Alloys LLC of Tucson, AZ for the purpose of manufacturing under a license from JBIT and Bourque Alloys the key components incorporated into a new and innovative body armor that will be sold to law enforcement agencies and the military by JBIT, Inc. The body armor consists of a front and back Kryron plate, which provides an improved barrier to bullets fired from conventional firearms, including armor piercing bullets. In two recent demonstrations for law enforcement personnel in Tucson and Phoenix, the armor plate was stationed 15 feet from the shooter and absorbed multiple impacts to the plate without passing through the standard military protective vest. The Kryron armor, also known as the "Kryron Terminator Multi-Impact Armor" is able to absorb the shock of the bullets impact, thus preventing penetration through the vest.

See photos of Tucson shoot at jbitusa.com

Production of the components that comprise the Kryron material will commence within the next few days. Current production capacity will be negligible for the first few weeks until such time as the equipment necessary for the production process are in place at our facility near Coolidge, AZ. Global will work directly with JBIT, Inc. throughout the entire production process.
