ProGaming Platforms Corp. (PPTF) is “One to Watch”

ProGaming Platforms Corp. is the developer of an advanced multiplayer online gaming and reward-processing platform. The company’s platform can be licensed by any online gaming provider, and can sit on any third-party server. The ProGaming platform can also be implemented to operate virtually any skill game now on the Internet and is easily configurable to work with existing commercial billing systems.

The company’s platform automatically and accurately determines game winners from an unlimited pool of players, paying out monetary rewards to the champions. The platform also tracks the scores and reports the results of each game, retaining the history of each game and each player over an extended period. Any existing gaming community can purchase the ProGaming platform with a one-time payment and annual service fee or agree to a wholesale revenue sharing payment program.

The system is designed to be fair and accurate, and to operate without any bias. Players are ranked according to their previous successes to place them in levels according to their skill. The player’s rank determines which game rooms users are allowed to enter so the best players only play the toughest competition, while novices only compete against players on their own level, preventing experts from taking advantage of beginners.

Online gaming is one of the fastest growing markets on the internet. In 2010, the online gaming market was a $15 billion industry. The rapid growth of social media platforms such as Facebook have only increased the amount of time individuals spend on the web, fueling web surfers’ demand for interactive online entertainment. ProGaming Platforms is well positioned to capitalize on this growing industry as the online gaming community matures and demands the ultimate gaming experience provided by the company’s platform.

ProGraming Platforms Corp. (PPTF) Creates New Technological Standard for Fast Growing Online Gaming Market

“Probably the best gaming system in the world”

It’s an accolade directed at an advanced multiplayer online gaming and reward processing platform developed by ProGaming Platforms Corp., an Israeli based company out to tap one of the fastest growing global markets, online gaming. It turns out that there is an exploding population of players that want to show off their gaming skills, garnering monetary rewards in the process, and ProGaming is one of the only online platforms able to efficiently handle that kind of worldwide traffic.

The ProGaming system is a platform, not a game, and is unique in its combination of features:

• It can be implemented to operate virtually any skill game currently on the Web, including popular racing and shooting games.
• It can be integrated into any existing billing system and licensed by any online gaming provider.
• It can sit on any third-party server, handling a virtually unlimited number of players.
• It automatically determines game winners, fairly and accurately, with no bias, automatically calculating reward payouts.
• It tracks the scores and reports the results of each game, tracking the history of games and players over extended periods.

One of the reasons for the rising participation in online gaming is the very real opportunity for monetary rewards. With the ProGaming system, players pay a nominal entrance fee for each game they play, and only the games they play. Players are not forced to pay monthly subscriptions. Entrance fees are collected automatically by the platform, with the final winner taking the pot after each game.

In addition, the system ranks players according to their previous successes, so that they can be positioned with players of corresponding skill, providing opportunities for every level of player. It’s designed to remove all of the headaches associated with traditional gaming systems, so that players can now at last focus entirely on what they love to do, playing and winning.

ProGraming Platforms Corp. (PPTF) Patentable Algorithms Redefine Online Gaming

Perhaps the most important thing to remember about ProGaming Platforms, an Israeli company offering an advanced platform for online skill games, is that such games are among the world’s fastest growing markets, generating billions in annual revenues. The company has one of the only online platforms able to efficiently handle that kind of global traffic.

The secret behind the platform is ProGaming’s patentable algorithms, which can automatically track game scores and payouts for millions of players anywhere on the planet. The result is a list of benefits that are attractive to both serious gamers and gaming novices, as well as to game creators.

• The platform works with virtually all online games, third-party servers, and billing systems.
• The platform reduces player complaints and conflicts by tracking game scores and winners with the highest degree of accuracy.
• The platform levels the playing field by identifying and ranking players according to previous results, placing them in levels according to their skill. In addition, the software is being developed to detect if a gamer attempts to open new accounts to fool the platform’s ranking system.

Unlike so many competing systems, with the ProGaming system players don’t have to pay monthly subscriptions. Players pay a nominal entrance fee for each game, collected automatically by the gaming platform, allowing gamers to play as little or as much as they want. The technology consists of a highly secured accounting mechanism that does not require any middleware.

ProGaming sets a new standard for online gaming, enhancing player experience and providing the opportunity for monetary rewards. Players no longer have to worry about mechanical details, and can finally focus exclusively on simply playing and winning.

Dear Shareholders,

Two years ago, ProGaming Platforms Corp. was founded with a mission: to create a reliable online gaming platform that could collect entrance fees from an unlimited number of players, accurately record game results, and reliably payout monetary prizes to winners, for virtually any skill game on the internet.

As online gaming has developed into a $15 billion a year industry, the competitive stakes are high, and there is great demand for a dependable gaming platform that meets the needs of game providers and effectively reduces player complaints.

The Company has since built on the momentum of the pilot by proving the commercial validity of the ProGaming Platform. During the past year, ProGaming has secured two licensing agreements for the distribution of the ProGaming Platform.

Additionally, the Company continues research and development of the existing platform, and is exploring opportunities for complementary commercial products.

ProGaming Platforms Corp. (PPTF) Short Sale Volume Increases Significantly

Yesterday, following the release of a shareholder letter from the CEO, ProGaming Platform’s stock rose more than 16% on strong volume of nearly 300,000. With the exception of Tuesday of this week, it was an all-time volume record. But investors should note that the majority of the shares traded were shorted. Keep reading to learn why this is important.

When investors short a stock, they are simply selling stock they don’t own with the promise of buying the shares at a later time. The investors hope to buy the stock back at a lower price so their trade makes a profit. However, if the stock only goes up from the price they sold the borrowed shares, these short sellers will eventually panic to buy back the shares as quickly as possible at any price. If the stock rises high enough, brokers will even close out the positions for them.

This situation is called a short squeeze. At some point, short sellers must buy stock to close out their short positions and cut losses, which results in a further increase in stock prices, compelling even more short sellers to cover their positions. Investors should pay attention to the number of shares sold short relative to the average daily trading volume–those with high short-interest ratios are often more susceptible to a squeeze.

ProGaming Platforms Corp. (PPTF) Positioned to Capitalize on Multibillion-Dollar Gaming Industry

ProGaming Platforms Corp. is part of a multibillion-dollar industry that is one of the fastest growing markets on the Internet. In 2010, online gaming topped $15 billion industry-wide and is steadily on the rise. With the explosive growth of social networking platforms, users are spending more and more time online – and, consequently, demanding more and more interactive online entertainment.

Tapping into this burgeoning market, ProGaming Platforms has developed a cutting-edge multiplayer online gaming and reward-processing platform. The versatile ProGaming platform can operate virtually any skill game currently in existence on the Internet, and it can be easily configured to work with existing commercial billing systems. The platform can be licensed by any online gaming provider and can sit on any third-party server.

The ProGaming platform is designed to automatically and accurately determine game winners from an unlimited player pool and pay out monetary rewards to victors. It additionally tracks scores and reports results, retaining a complete history for each game played and each player over an extended period of time. ProGaming’s platform can be purchased by any existing gaming community through a one-time payment and annual service fee, or through a wholesale revenue sharing payment program.

Created to be fair and accurate, ProGaming’s system operates without any bias and ranks players according to their previous successes, placing them in levels according to skill. Players’ ranks determine which game rooms they are allowed to enter, assuring that only the best players will play the toughest competition and that novices will only compete against players of their own skill level. This ensures a fair and honest gaming experience by prohibiting expert players from taking advantage of beginners.

Recently, it was announced that online social game giant Zynga, Inc. had purchased video game maker OMGPOP for around $200 million. OMGPOP is the creator of the popular game “Draw Something,” and this acquisition is Zynga’s largest to date as it continues expanding its lineup of Facebook games and mobile device games. Zynga previously bought Newtoy, Inc., publisher of the wildly popular “Words with Friends,” back in 2010 for $53.3 million. Such acquisitions are a growing trend as online gaming becomes more and more popular and more and more lucrative.

ProGaming Platforms is well positioned to capitalize on the growth of this booming industry as the online gaming community continues maturing and demanding the ultimate gaming experience that ProGaming’s platform provides.

ProGraming Platforms Corp. (PPTF) Leads the Way in Play-For-Pay

Competitive online gaming, where players form competitive online clubs to challenge each other, is the real growth area of computerized gaming. Add to this the fact that the computer games industry is already bigger than either the U.S. music or movie industry, and the significance of the potential market becomes clear.

The Internet has transported competitive gaming to a new world, where anyone can game with anyone else, no matter where on the planet they live. Virtually every game console and gaming application is now being designed with this global perspective in mind. The next step in the gaming revolution is now at hand – the monetization of competition, allowing players to be financially rewarded, easily, quickly, and dependably, for their playing skill, regardless of the particular game being played.

This is where the ProGaming advanced gaming platform comes in. ProGaming’s proprietary technology handles all of the complex accounting involved in play-for-pay processing, regardless of volume, allowing gamers to focus on the game, without worrying about administrative details. Gamers simply pay a nominal fee any time they want to play, with no need for subscription based fees or memberships. As a result, the market is opened up to a huge new group of players. Fans of any skill game, and any game system, can join or host a paying tournament. Hosting can be provided by ProGaming, or on any third-party server.

In addition, the platform levels the playing field by identifying and ranking players according to previous results, placing them in levels according to their skill. The system is also being designed to detect if a gamer attempts to open new accounts to fool the platform’s ranking system. Most importantly, ProGaming has the only online platform able to efficiently handle the rapidly developing volumes of global traffic.
