Yep new editor being released. Please submit bug reports here. You can also copy and paste complex tables with the new editor.

On Raw Text the pink background color makes it hard to read on a small device like iPad 2. I like the previous background color which was no color, and blue for PM only.

The left to right scrolling green rectangle is disconcerting, like the software is collecting tables or data and potentially sending them somewhere.

Please set up a page to describe the new Preview page and explain all the new features.

If you are seeing the "left to right scrolling green rectangle", you need to reload the page to force the new editor code to load. I have changed the names of the files, so that shouldn't happen again.

It will take me a day or two to get all the kinks worked out...there are a lot of browsers to account for.

Anyone posting a bug please include the browser you are using so I can recreate the issue.

Now on iPad using Safari (5, I think), when I Reply to create this message, the scrolling is gone but I open to a light green area to type my message. There is no choice of Text or SI Editor. It goes right to Text.

Green works fine. But as I just posted to Brad, it's a work in progress.

I would hate to be a programer these days. All the browsers out there, what are we up to almost 10 main stream ones? And all the mobile devices to make your site compatible with, would drive me up a wall.

I have disabled iPad/iPod editor features for now, so what you are seeing is the "RawText" mode (plain text)

Brad,

On Kindle Fire this opened to SI Editor with white page but no keyboard. When I hit Raw Text, the green page opened properly and ... you can see I have the KFire keyboard.

Not too important, Brad, but 'Recommend' no longer works for me.
