Since when is Luskin from the Middle East?

Better quesrtion -- since when is he the only billionaire investor. The billionaire I saw at the AGM sure didn't look like Meyer lol.

LOL. That's two now. And a nice list of very large organizations that are onboard.

This just gets better and better.

EDIT: Oh yeah I almost forgot. WEEEEEE! I guess I wasn't as stupid as I was told I was in PM's for adding agressively at and below a buck.

LMFAO

Notice: Silicon Investor members sending private messages (aka PM) attacking other SI members, may be subject to suspension or account termination.

If you are receiving these type of attacks, please send me the entire message via PM.

Thank you

UPDATE:

If two members are sending personal attacks via PM to each other, I DO NOT want to hear about this. I am interested in members who are the target of personal attacks via PM and do not respond to the attack.

Here is an example of the type of personal attack I do not want to see a member get:

You are a dumb fu@k, eat sh!t and die.

Nope. Clear sailing from here. All the teeth gnashing and hand wringing won't change that either. Wait until news of the SEC case dismissal hits the wire. ROFL!

If you are both sending attacks to each other, there is not much I can do. I am interested in people sending attacks to members, and the other member are not engaging in the same behavior.

If I get a complaint that someone is the only party sending the attacks, then that person will be sanctioned.

We can see who is sending PM's to other SI members, we can not see the message, as they are private, we just see the time and date a PM was sent.

Well well well Mr. Dorrell has been apparently loading the piss out of the stock since he actually only bought 125,000 of the shares in the private placement yet he owns over 3 million.

I can't believe people were selling to him lol. If anybody thinks his target is .80 and not many multiples higher, then I have a "there's no big names invested in JBII" to sell you.

Billionaire Meyer Luskin bought 2.5 million shares. Good stuff in this filing.

lol lol lol

There exists in society a very special class of persons that I have always referred to as the Believers. These are folks who have chosen to accept a certain religion, philosophy, theory, idea or notion and cling to that belief regardless of any evidence that might, for anyone else, bring it into doubt. They are the ones who encourage and support the fanatics and the frauds of any given age. No amount of evidence, no matter how strong, will bring them any enlightenment. They are the sheep who beg to be fleeced and butchered, and who will battle fiercely to preserve their right to be victimized.
-- James RANDI

There are none so blind as those who will not see.

You've got an interesting theory on insider trading! So who is in attendance at a shareholder meeting is inside information? Really? Does that only apply to billionaires? What if a couple of pikers are seen who only have a couple hundred million bucks -- do they count? If I see Jim Chanos there is it inside information to then short the stock? How about Carl Ichan? Henry Kravis?

What if I see a couple of guys there who I know are broke - is it inside information if I then short a stock?
