Any chance of a new iTouch this year?

No idea. Shopping for one? If so, a used iPhone can often be cheaper, and does the same, better. Don't have to activate it. I never did.

Interested in a iTouch device with similar camera quality as the current iPhone and iPad. Love the slim design and the ability sync with bluetooth wireless portable speaker(s). No use for the wired ear plugs. The 32GB version sells for $273 on Amazon with no tax. For some reason the iPad is officially embargoed on Amazon and you have to purchase elsewhere with a sales tax attached to it.

This is a better deal for 32GB. Same as new in every way, except price:

Refurbished iPod touch, 32GB - Black - Apple Store (U.S.)

I always buy refurb. Not too long ago I got my latest MBP that way.

I'm waiting for the A5 iTouch if it ever comes out.

As for the refurb iTouch, you have to pay sales tax on it while you can get a new one for the same price.

I'm talking OTA, NOT a download PC require connection. I got my Android 4.0.4 update within 48 hours of being available OTA (Over The Air). I didn't have to use a PC. I didn't have to connect to iLoonyTunes. How long do you have to wait for OTA? I hear iCRAP people even months after the update is available they still can not get it OTA. CRAPple Post-PC era my arse....
