When you pick a three seed or lower to win it all, which UConn was this year, there's a big difference between picking a team you care about vs. one you make your tournament darling. If your tournament darling upset loses, you say "bummer" and move on. If you pick your underdog hometown team to win, you just add unnecessary stress to your life since now you expect/need them to win. I just wanted to sit back, say "no way", and have them surprise me. Still, I was pacing all over the place, yelling at the TV, jumping out of my seat, and so forth.
