I have asked some questions and taken up the matter with Del.I think it the new 43-101 is going to be a non material event now and that market rumors are false regarding Friday. If this proves to be the case then the stock is grossly over sold on rumors rather than facts.

As for the timing of the new 43-101 I think its in line as per the company time frame

The market is fretting over the 43-101 but there are many other JRs out there who do not have one nor the kind of high grade intercepts that the Friday deposits has delivered.I think the market has beat up the shares of PEM for no good reason and will deliver outstanding returns to those who are buying the stock at these levels. The last PP was done at 15 cents you now can have shares at 9 cents.Thats a big discount for a problem thats not there. The Friday foot print is now a 2 million oz target thats about $6 per oz in the ground.PEM at these levels is a no brainer.

I have been buying stock at these levels based on my conversation with the company.

I asked questions since late last summer.

my opinions were not taken serious, I am sure I was laughed at. but what I said then has come to pass, although I never ever thought it would get this bad.

all I ever hear is.... things are ok, it's the market. PEM will be fine.

Thank you James for clarifying this. Your comments are always appreciated. You're right, at these levels PEM is a no brainer, management missteps notwithstanding....

MAX vs PEM

With todays news out of Midas and the fact that it is growing a monstor of a gold depsoit at the south end of the OSZ I wonder just what lies in store for PEM.The spill over effect should at some point cause investors to once again look to PEM at the north end of the zone and speculate just how much gold may the PEM ground hold?.with a 2 million on target at Friday and a possible 5km structure of strike it is looking like PEM maybe stiiting on a depsit that could rival MAX Golden Medows.

MAX will get a takeover bid in my thinking as the grade far exceeds the TRR ore. That may leave PEM as the only man standing on the OSZ.And just think it is there for the taking at 9 cents.

Even the MAX geologist suggested that the PEM ground warrants 8 drill rigs...FOR ONLY 9 CENTS????

One more question James - in your conversation with Del did he provide any indication of their path forward -- i.e., did you broach the issue of whether they should hunker down and, as you have suggested, go on care and maintenance until market conditions improve or, conversely, explore other finance options (such as JV or selling Friday) to raise the capital sufficient to do serious drill program in 2012. Did you discuss these issues with Del or was it strictly the 43-101 reporting issue? Thanks in advance.

I think for the time being they are looking at correcting the BCSC comments with the 43-101.Del said PEMs future is bright and that when the market turns PEM will be there.

Thats about it sorry I do not know much more.

I think it would be great if I could take what I am told as fact and see it come to pass.

but this is 2012 and whatever we are told doesn't mean beans a week later.
