it isn't as much about intellectual superiority as it is about being capable of seeing the world through a different lens.
the world is warping. it began slowly, but is now picking up speed. people are waking up to the corruption of our leaders and the manipulation of the people. personally, i credit the internet with this. i'll bet that's one genie they wish they could put back into the bottle! but the internet's out and we got it.
i knew obama was wrong when he kept the same advisers (you know the names) who got us into this predicament. in my book, when obama did that, he "jumped the shark" and became irrelevant as a leader (and that was very early in his term). since then, he has continued to disappoint. he doesn't get my vote just because he wears a "d."
romney is such a blatant corporate shill, he's not even worth considering.
i started to say, "we deserve better," but then realized i couldn't say that as perhaps we don't.
anyway, i'll have to see if any alternatives pop up between now and then.
