Just a quick note before I head off to the beach for some fun and sun.

The market is looking very strong today. This is probably the most bullish tape action I have ever seen. It looks like massive accumulation of stocks at these bargain prices. Once the PROS are done accumulating at current levels then the mark-up phase will commence with MASSIVE upside breakout. 1111 SPX by next week is my upside target.

Also event risk for shorts is very high as after the 3-day weekend there is a very real possibility of Fed announcing QE or goverment announcing a new stimulus deal IMHO. In short expect the PPT to jam this market higher next week with a MASSIVE gap up that would never be filled again in out lifetimes.

In summary everything is going according to plan and as predicted.

MF so what's the deal with the market? I don't have any problem with the market going lower than you thought because this is life...stuff happens. Is this move down purely technical?

Intraday noise, lazy day, all the boyz have gone to the Hamptons. I'm full on bullish so long as VEU stays above the lows it made back in May. Ever look at VEU?
