Anyone into Resveratrol? - Looking for a recommendation on dosage and brand. Lots of claims on fighting e.g., cancer, cardiovascular issues, and just plain quality of life.

Yes, I take it. I buy it from Life Extension Foundation. I go with their recommended dosage.

Could someone recommend a blue cheese for making salad dressing? I bot some Treasure Cave and made some dressing with it, but imo it is too mild. I like a sharper flavor and would like to get a cheese that melds with the other ingredients and gets better with time.

Do you have a cheese or a wine and cheese store nearby? I would take their recommendation.
Failing that, have you looked at a Roquefort or gorgonzola? Similar but stronger flavor.

I don't have a cheese store nearby, and I have tried Gorgonzola and it was pretty good. I'm just trying to find a strong blu that my local grocery store carries. I think I'll do some research on line today.
