I hope you're right! I'd love to see the DOJ and OSC get involved, and Bordynuik and his enablers do some jail-time.

That is not likely to happen.

JBI continues to move forward in spite of the obstacles. Some self inflicted, others not.

I'm sure most know the self-inflicted mistakes, care to point out an obstacle that wasn't self-inflicted? And how about answering my question to you the other day about whether or not you agree with people who think the Florida office of the SEC okayed Domark's filings?

You could be right - I tend to look at the range and pick the end that seems most reasonable. With stocks the ones I pick are invariably rated high while those I do not pick are rated low - as I do JBII. In fact all these stocks - highly or lowly rated - actually end up in limbo limping along going nowhere fast be they picks or pans.

JBII fits that to a T.

As do my picks.

The stock market - made for optimists and pessimists, satisfying neither!

All your questions will be answered on Monday/Tuesday. It hasn’t been easy behind the scenes but we can’t discuss most of that in the public domain anyway.

I wonder what's so hard? The staging of the trucks? The interviews with the OSC/SEC?

It's probably the knowledge that the SEC, and probably the OSC too, is watching every move that Bordynuik makes. No late filing today, , but they have until 22.00. After 17.30 it gets next Monday's date.

The EDGAR system hours of operation for submitting files are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time, weekdays, excluding Federal Holidays. Files submitted after 5:30 p.m. Eastern (with the exception of Section 16 filings) will receive the next business day's filing date.

Does the SEC ever review filings prior to accepting them - especially companies under investigation?
