Uh oh, he has caught our act. Don't know about you but my check from "the hedgie fund stuck on stupid' bounced today and I'm about to give them up. If you're are in contact, (I lost my secret ring with the secret code sent to the secret place) you might tell them that i need some $$$$$$ to keep writing those basher comments. I have done as much as I can to destroy JBII and gain the secret of the magic catalyst. Also tell them I can no longer afford gas for my car and I must resort to driving a lawnmower powered by Bordynuik's P20 chit. P.S. the lawnmower only ran for 12 minutes before it crapped out. Burned valves !

  • The scientific method is a way to ask and answer scientific questions by making observations and doing experiments.
  • The steps of the scientific method are to:
    • Ask a Question
    • Do Background Research
    • Construct a Hypothesis
    • Test Your Hypothesis by Doing an Experiment
    • Analyze Your Data and Draw a Conclusion
    • Communicate Your Results

I'm looking for the step that says "Discount any research that comes from a source that has been known to disagree with any prior conclusions". It must be nice to never be wrong.

The pursuit of a personal favorite philosophy that I value will be unnecessarily impeded if, rather than responding with an intelligent argument, posters are attacked for their past disagreements versus their current arguments, resulting in their unwillingness to participate:
"Better to keep your mouth closed and be thought a fool than to open it and remove all doubt".

I'd rather read a post that I disagree with than no post at all......but maybe that's just me. Some people came here hoping to escape bullshit like this, which is readily available elsewhere:
"I would personally like to welcome back Steady_On to the board. If it hadn't been for his posts, I would have never realized what a trustworthy, honest and selfless individual John Bordynuik really is. Proof that he is other than honest and praiseworthy notwithstanding, I for one, welcome the incisive due diligence and open minded approach he has taken when seeking the truth. He certainly is a fount of information when it comes to John Bordynuik's nature and philosophy. "Let no baggie be left behind" is the logo beneath the image of the ostriches I believe. And the company oath administered to all employees " No informative PR's or private posts on Twitter or Facebook or blog messages revealing what a miserable failure we really are' are allowed. We can thank Steady_On for that picture indelibly etched in our minds.

I attempted to find an audio file of the sound of one hand clapping but all I could come up with was
the sound of a combination of gases (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen, methane, and hydrogen sulfide) that travels from a person's stomach to their anus.

Pffffftttttttttttttttttttttt! Way to go Steady !"

"Steady PM'd me to say that he thinks I am being used. The stuff I posted, like I have known since mid-2010... right on Steady.. thanks for the heads-up... ROFL."

"Uh oh, he has caught our act."

Keep it up. My personal favorite philosophy gets more support with every slur.

My sincere apologies. I didn't realize I was directing remarks to a scientist and a philosopher. Oh wait, in fact I wasn't. I was directing my remarks to another board member. I post not seeking approbation as do some, I just express opinions.

.From: oldnsalty

" I'd appreciate a little more consideration for my effort to provide a factual post. My opinions may suck, but I work pretty hard on the facts before I post them. People that disagree with my facts might show their appreciation for that by carefully researching them before announcing their disagreement."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well pal, you certainly have MY appreciation.Your factual dissertations are truly something to behold as are your statements of philosophical beliefs.

My very first ignore.

Are we setting the stage to have Bordynuik's personal laundry blowin' in the wind?

Are we setting the stage to have Bordynuik's personal laundry blowin' in the wind?

This should be fun eh?

It's fun to stay at the YMCA :)

Also why was it necessary to screen the shareholders attending the pre AGM party the night before to insure she would not attend. What did people know about her? As for "What kind of a man is he "..Someone who would never strike a women

6) And now, what I think may be the clincher, the Ontario and Alberta Securities Commissions are and I quote here "investigating leaks and corruption within the SEC".

You think there is something here for whistleblowers to get excited about? Possible illegal activity? Maybe even an organized criminal approach?

The short answer is yes, but it is being directed at JBI.

1) To start, *unknown* entities are plotting the demise of JBI.PK on Level II. And in fact despite the plethora of ways to communicate in this digital age, they use Level II as their primary communication vehicle. Fortunately the code has been cracked and messages are regularly "deciphered" and communicated via skype logs on message boards.

2) Part of this plotting includes the SEC outsourcing the writing of the complaint to one particular cretinous "hedgie stuck on stupid". Then Martin Healey signed his name to it.

3)This whole plot was executed to steal the catalyst from JB via a "deposition vector". I can supply the post that explains this nefarious approach if needed.

4) This whole plot is being aided and abetted by bear raids and naked short selling. That is the only reason the stock has plummeted since 2-27. It had absolutely nothing to do with the 4MM+ shares coming off restriction.

5) But despite all of this skullduggery, JB "checkmated" all these moves by asking for special treatment of the 8K and 8K/A regarding the Master Revenue Agreement with RKT. (This one really cracks me up, but I promise I am trying to summarize the position without editorial comment.)

6) And now, what I think may be the clincher, the Ontario and Alberta Securities Commissions are and I quote here "investigating leaks and corruption within the SEC".

At some point shareholders are going to wise up, see reality, and dump their shares en masse. It's already started, but the ones who convince themselves that the Titanic is unsinkable, tend to swim with the fishes.

Re: Steady_T post# 178595 Post # of 178687

JB smeared himself and JBI. Just because people point to an SEC investigation, multiple employee lawsuits, a class action lawsuit, a derivative lawsuit, and now an apparent OSC investigation is because people are smearing Bordynuik and JBI?

Really?

At some point shareholders are going to wise up, see reality, and dump their shares en masse. It's already started, but the ones who convince themselves that the Titanic is unsinkable, tend to swim with the fishes.

There does seem to be a smear campaign going on, mostly related to smearing JB.

Smart money isn't invested in JBII. The dump-a-thon is ongoing, and the restricted shares are being put up for sale.

There is no honour in defending a public company, what's the point? It's not a team to cheer on, it's an investment.

Look around, see the writing on the wall..

Well, from what I know, there are several large storage tanks at the NF facility and only one of them is heated. Smart money is that the other tanks store fuel that does NOT need to be heated - in otherwords fuel other than #6.

Please, this is very simple-

"Brent Hornberger
On behalf of the Ontario Securities Commission."

I can bold it, or put it in fancy red letters, but it's still going to be an OSC investigation.

Dead wrong. Might want to try reading page 2 of your own link:

"...am assisting Brent Hornberger, one of the Alberta Securities Commission investigators..."
