I was thinking the same thing. I doubt it tho unless those are the old ones he was already paid to destroy.

Can't be feedstock. That would be a direct violation of their permits.

Javaco cash $150,000. Was any cash spent on Pakit?

Expedite2 cost $30,000. 310 cost $80,000. What did he spend the other $2,890,000 on by Sep 30, 2009?

I don't even see where that much cash has been spent on anything in their filings.

I would think it would be kind of hard to read/mine them if they have been exposed to the weather. Wouldn't the tapes be considered feedstock?

If he's feeding those tapes (They look like the boxes of tapes to me) into his machines, they *are* feedstock

and, you're right, a violation of their permits. So is keeping plastic in parked trailers, and using forklifts to shuttle bales to the processing building.

I guess the NYS DEC honeymoon is still on going.

"Additionally the Company paid an aggregate cash amount of $1,768,353 for debt owed to the Pak-It members and lien holders.

The Company also paid off the debt and founder loans of its subsidiary Javaco, Inc., in an amount totaling $397,644.44 from the proceeds of the Private Offering."

sec.gov

$2.3 million in PIPE-holder cash given for Pak-It and Javaco along with 7.7 million shares (when the PPS was ~$7).

Yes I remember that same feeling when we were both locked up together in Matt Browns Jail house!

In the meantime - I remain confused and wary.

Yes that was the original plan for P2O: disposing of the old tapes. Since the tape-reading business has been on the backburner for 2 years I can't imagine those tapes would still be around tho unless even less plastic has been processed than I thought.

We'll know that soon enough when the FOIA/FOIL requests from the DEC come back any day now.

Now I feel dumb, you're right. I just can't imagine those tapes would still be around if they're ideal feedstock.

I'm no expert but storing magnetic media outdoors in a Niagara Falls parking lot during winter doesn't seem very 170 IQ-ish... OK, I am an expert but still! :)
