Item 8.01 Other Events.On February 9, 2012, we received approval from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation of an amendment to our air permit which allows us to operate Plastic2Oil? P2O processors at our Niagara Falls, NY facility at an increased rate of 4,000 lbs per hour. This rate is two times the rate at which we were previously authorized to supply feedstock to the P2O processor. The approval of the increased rate of operation now permits us to amend our Part 360 Waste Permit to reflect the storage of similar plastic volumes and is a key component to our plans for long-term growth.

On February 13, 2012, we issued a press release to announce that we will hold an investor update call on February 27, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

I just got off the phone with John. He told me point blank the chemical company acquisition WILL close tomorrow as he stated previously in a PR. He said he has 13 pallets of tapes to process as of right now and they are processing those tapes with more coming. They are VERY busy on that front. He said the gloves did cause a problem at customs and he is waiting on the rest of the machine to arrive now.

I just talked to John. The acquisition was completed today. I would expect we'll see a PR on it before long...The deal DID close.

Might be. BTW i was wrong on the number of pallets stacked up to be processed....it isn't 13 it's 19 pallets of tapes they are wading through....$$$$$$$$!!!!

I think i can see where John's going with this acquisition....when he rolls out the P2O machines i think the chemicals you add to it to operate it are going to be in packet form.....thoughts?

Thanks for the reminder. I asked John how much of his OWN money....as in cash from his pocket has he sunk into TRTN. He told me 3 million dollars. So we have a CEO who used his own money to get this company off the ground. His money is where his mouth is and i like that.

Of course it isn't true. Bordynuik had to borrow $50,000 from Expedite2/DE-JBI a few months earlier just to acquire control of TRTN.

Only thing I can figure is it was a poor phone connection or somebody is playing loose wif da truf.

I think he thinks the Canadian PP was his in the loose terms allowable-- there is no reason to believe that PP money wasn't used to buy Expedite 2 and 310. 1st accounting for Canadian PP is ~2.6 million, over 1/2 burned through before he got to TRTN.

Apparently he doesn't mind being lied to dozens of times over 3 years, being used to spread those lies and still wants to give the guy $$$. Makes perfect sense.

I'm NOT the sharpest tool in the box so I find all this rather confusing.

I guess I'll have to rely on the SEC and those who know the details involved in accounting and such to straighten this all out.

In the meantime - I remain confused and wary.
